Counselling for abuse survivors, men and migrants

My practice is dedicated to those who feel they have nowhere else to turn: men carrying the weight of silence, survivors of sexual abuse seeking to reclaim their lives, and migrants navigating the complex grief of displacement.

Having spent four years supporting people in crisis and walking alongside survivors of sexual abuse, I know how isolating shame can be. I also know what it feels like to be an expat—not fully at home here, yet no longer fully at home "back there."

My work is about creating a space where you can finally breathe, speak your truth, and move from survival to living.

Counselling with me

Therapy with me isn't about "fixing" a broken version of you. It's about uncovering the strength that's already there.

  • For Survivors: We create a safe container to process trauma at your own pace, moving from shame toward empowerment.

  • For Men: We challenge the idea that "strength" means silence. We explore the grief, anger, and pressure of masculinity in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • For Migrants: As someone who has navigated the "between worlds" experience, I offer deep empathy for the loneliness of displacement and the search for belonging.

    Please note: My focus is on therapeutic healing. For immediate life-threatening emergencies, I can guide you to specialist crisis services.
