Training and experience

I trained as a counsellor at the Gestalt Centre in London, one of the leading providers of counselling and psychotherapy courses in the UK. My clinical experience comes from client work delivered at Accessible Counseling and Therapy in Bromley, and from years of volunteering with The Listening Place - a suicide prevention organisation. Currently, I also support clients at One in Four, a charity helping adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse.

Throughout my work, I have supported clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Low mood and depression

  • Emotional dysregulation

  • Relationship difficulties

  • LGBTQ+ specific challenges

  • Abuse and trauma

  • Identity concerns

  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism

  • Cultural displacement

  • Feelings of being stuck or lost

  • Suicidal thoughts
